ADDITIONAL FEES
1) All rooms require $350 security deposit
2) An additional $50.00 will be charged for lockup on the weekends
3) An additional $75.00 will be charged for lockup on Holidays
Rental Price Includes:
Building and Prep-Kitchen rental, use of the ice machine, tables and chairs, and a standard room set-up.
PA system equipment may be rented for an
additional $75.00.
Security Deposit:
Security deposit will be mailed back 10-14 days after the event. The building check sheet shall be verified before and after rental. Refer to rental contract. Any building/equipment damage and /or excess cleaning fee will be charged against the deposit.
An Itemized list of damages and cost will be mailed to User.
Payment may be made by check or credit card
*A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is needed to secure the requested date. This will be applied to the rental fee. No Refunds.
